Dr Sophia Moscovis is a scientist with a PhD in Immunology and Genetics, and over 20 years experience in healthcare with 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs, Digital Health, Healthcare Transformation, Patient Experience, Design Thinking, Go-To-Market Strategy, Leadership and Clinical Trials.

Prior to joining Race, she served in senior roles at Novartis, including most recently as Business Transformation Lead, and prior to that Field Medical Excellence Lead.

She has worked and collaborated with universities, research institutes, pharmaceutical companies, digital health companies, advocacy groups, healthcare policy makers, guideline authors, medical experts and patients in many disease areas giving her unique insight into the Australian healthcare system and commercialisation of innovation.

Sophia is passionate about value-based, people-centred, streamlined healthcare through the implementation of innovative technology, so that people can receive the best quality healthcare in a seamless and timely manner.
